I'm tired today....

Yesterday was a wonderful day. I felt love from every corner of my life. Last night I was on the teradmill and could do nothing but smile. It's amazing how fast an hour goes by when your spirits are on a higher plane. This morning I stepped on the scale and, am down 17 pounds! By the way, it was brought to my attention that I have some spelling errors in my earlier messages.....I always type fast but, will work to  minimize my errors:-) thanks KMAS

My birthday (and training)

Today has been a wonderful day. I arrived at school to a chorus of birthday cheer. I also was up early to do a 45 minute interval on the elliptical. I am tired but my spirit is singing. Looking forward to what await me later....

Everyday is tough but....

This is my first blog! I decided to start this blog as I've been hard at work training for this years TC mararthon. Yesterday I worked out so hard that in my exhaustion I totally inadvertently ignored a great friend at Cub. Some have asked me why I'm doing this. In the passed two years I've lost two students one to an aggressive form of osteosarcoma and, another to an  lifelong upper respiratory ailment. I want to raise funds to support the U of M Amplatz Children's Hospital. The folks who work at this hospital are amazing! They totally embody what healing should be all about. Hopefully, as you go on this journey with me you'll be inspired to not only donate some funds but, to love and cherish all the WONDERFUL children in your lives.
